Cadbury was launched in the year 1905 and still popular about its products and its taste. Cadbury is famous for the chocolate products specially for the chocolate bars it includes various type of flavors and dry fruits.

Cadbury Posts once in a week on every social media site and it keeps on changing its webpage content regularly. Cadbury posts more about its deals and new products. Cadbury’s main purpose is to inform customers about new products and services they provide.
It has 13,474,269 likes on Facebook and 14million followers on twitter And has 15344 subscriptions on YouTube. Cadbury do not retweet or comment on negative comments on the other hand it appreciates the positive comments of the followers.

Conclusion

According to me Cadbury is doing good but it will be better if Cadbury starts posting more frequently on social media networks to engage more customers and it is using Twitter and Facebook more effectively. 

Galaxy (social media study)
Galaxy is a brand of chocolate that has been sold by Mars earlier to Nebulae Corp. in 2003 and then galaxy started distributing its own chocolate products. Galaxy is the second bestselling chocolate bar after Cadbury. Its products are:

Galaxy chocolate has 1,979,116 likes on Facebook and 9,754 followers on twitter and 1,326 subscriptions on its YouTube channel. It posts very rarely on social media sites and it only posts when they have something new or change its profile or cover pictures. It’s been 5 months when galaxy uploads its latest video/ad on YouTube.
Galaxy chocolate do not reply to its customers weather its positive or negative. Galaxy do not communicate with its customers on regular basis. It only reply on the social sites for customer services and to customer’s problems.

Conclusion
In nutshell I would say that galaxy have to start posting more on social media networks to promote its products and aware people about its products and services. Galaxy has good reputation in the market so it should make good use of it to grab more attention of the customers.
